Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are ideal for families and come with excellent views, although there was a bit of a delay in settling in. The service was somewhat mixed with issues regarding key handling but redeemed by attentive staff members. The strategic location provides easy access to public transport and an array of amenities, yet carpets may need maintenance. The dining experience was subpar with a limited selection of dishes. Overall, the facilities were adequate but had room for improvement.
The hotel offers rooms like an apartment with enormous windows and a fantastic view of the city skyline. Although only at the entrance to the apartment was kept clean every time I left the room, I could have done with another couple of pillows. The service was among the rudest I've ever met, behaving like it was a chore to serve us food and not attentive to valuables inside. The location, while close to PWTC MRT station and Putra LRT station, is a little out of the way and challenging to navigate without needing to bargain with taxi drivers. The dining experience had limitations, and the first-day buffet had food shortages even before closing time. The facilities were alright, with fresh croissants available.
